Eat less than 1000 calories a day, but not less then 800. Do aerobic exercise only if you do not want to build muscle. 110 is on the low side of average for your height, but it okay. Eating three chips a day, however, is not a healthy way to lose weight and will just shut down your metabolism and immune system leading to more problems than I think you're interested in. Also, when you start eating a little more your body will go into survival mode and store as much fat as it can. So, it's healthier for you to diet properly and exercise.

The more you skip meals the more weight you will gain, promise. You will only be hungrier and once you start eating again your body will be so starved that it will gain weight from anything you put into your mouth after only eating one meal a day. Therefore, you seriously need to get back to three meals a day. your metabolism is what controls weight and your metabolism refuses to work if it is not fueled regularly by a constant diet. Your diet is in no way healthy. Eat breakfast, try Special K bars which only have 90 calories and taste really good. Eat lunch, try a salad or vegetable wrap. and eat dinner, try pasta with a side salad and bread. And, of course, move around. your metabolism works like a muscle in that the more you excersize the better shape it is in. that is why people who run constantly can eat so much. I am 5'2 and 120 lbs. as well. For your height the healthy weight is 122. try to maintain, not lose weight. no need to be a stick, guys aren't attracted to that no matter what the media will tell you. if you need anything else, email me, I've been in a very similar position as you and I know alot about weight/food/nutrition.

The very best way to loose weight is to eat small portions. Really all you have to do is stay away from fast food restraunts and snack food. It is dangerous and has long term health problems to diet improperly.

120 is on the low side of a good weight for 5'3".

At 15 you are becoming a woman and this is a difficult transistion. The child body you are used to changes so fast that you don't have time to adjust to it mentally. We all have to accept our bodies, but with good eating habits and excercise it really helps to maintain a figure that you are happy with.

Obesessing about your wieght could potenially be a problem. If you start forcing yourself to throw up and look at yourself in a size 5 thinking that you are fat, you should get help, but what you are feeling about yourself is normal. Alll you can do is accept yourself as you are.

no, that's not safe. and if they're chips, that's not even considered a meal! there definitely not safe. eat more healthy foods, exercise. you don't even have to do that much! take a quick walk around the neighborhood in the morning, eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but make it healthy! a lot of people eat salads for every meal, and lose a LOT of weight that way. they just get like ranch dressing, some lettuce, some diced chicken, and you can add all the topping you want! sliced carrots, tomatoes, cheese, the possibilities are endless! and if your not lactose intolerant, they drink at least one glass of milk each day. about 16-24 ounces of milk would be equal to one small meal! so get to eating, you'll look great! and for breakfast, try some fresh fruit, for lunch, try a salad, as long as the chicken is pure white, and not fried, it's pretty good, or a fruit salad with yogurt. and for dinner, try sushi, or rice. and for dessert, try fruit cab bobs, they are good. you can even make dip out of yogurt. and drink lots of water, drink 8 ounces before every meal, 8 ounces during your meal, and 8 ounces after every meal. you'd be surprised on how much weight you'll lose. and if your a girl, boys like a bit of curve, not just a stick to hug. if you want to lose weight, not eating is not the right thing to do! remember, 'your body's a temple, your a prize, let no one tell you other wise'. great quote. if it's a temple, treat it with respect, and don't abuse it, Because that's basically what your doing.

Your body mass index determines your weight depending on your height. At 5 ft 3' and 120 lbs your BMI is approx 21.3. Normal BMI for you is between 18.5 and 24.9. This means that you are the proper weight based on your height. You shouldn't try to lose a single ounce. If anything you can gain a few pounds.

You need to start eating healthy. 3 chips is not healthy at all. In fact skipping meals can actually make you gain weight. You need to eat as many times a day as you possibly can as this aids in metabolism. Just choose wisely what you put in your mouth. make healthy choices not stupid ones like a candy bar a day. A healthy body is derived from a combination of things including proper nutrition, excercise, adequate water, adequate sleep etc.

Why do you want to be 110? and eating 3 chips a day isn't safe at all...chips are greasy and full of fat......you need to eat 3 steady meals a day. breakfast, lunch, and dinner. rotate your meals with a different type of food each night. Say, Friday nights have pizza(with everything) for dinner. Lunch, make a sandwhich(bread, meat, cheese, lettuce/tomatoes...etc...and breakfast, make some eggs, with toast/hashbrowns, and a glass of water/milk/orange juice. eating the same thing everyday isn't healthy for you at all either. You shouldn't have to be losing any weight at 15 years old. we all have expectations of how we want our body to look and be, but at a such young age, your more at risk to develope a lower immune system or Balimia/anorexic....let me tell you with experience. I'm a mother of a 2 year old boy. during my pregnancy I gained 60 lbs, by the time I had my son i was 180lbs!! after I had him I lost most of it and went down to 145. Well it took me about a good year to lost 25 lbs just to get to 120lbs..you have to stay active, and eat healthy. 129 and 5/3 isn't bad at all. Right now i'm 130 at 5'0, which is actually average for my height. So yourself you should be around 140-145. You don't want to be super skinny, thats just sick, and people don't like looking at that.

You are not eating healthy at all! you are risking your health and you could become anorexic if you are not careful. To lose weight the healthy way you need to eat plenty of fruits and veggies, drink lots of water, eat a balanced meal at least 3 times a day. If you eat right your body will be at it's ideal weight. But you also need to work out. Do aerobics of some sort 3 - 4 times a week and lift weights a couple times a week. remember muscle weighs more than fat so you really need to go by your measurements, not your weight! Good luck!!

Hi, firstly being bulemic/anorexic is not something you chose, it is a mental illness, with serious health implications. If you think you have an eating disorder, please tell someone. Being 110lb is not unhealthy as such, but the way you are attempting to be this weight is. You need to eat either three proper meals a day or 5 small meals and at least 1000-1500 calories if losing weight. Do not go under 1000 calories per day! HTH.

Never eat only one time a day. It slows your metabolism down. If you eat about 6 very small meals a day, more like snacks then your metabolism will speed up. Eat a small breakfast lunch and dinner but also eat like an apple or a banana in between and excercise of course. You need fiber, which will help clean out alot of waste. Don't cut too many carbs because that gives you energy. Eat plenty of fruit and veggies and drink as much water as you can. Cutting soda and other drinks alone could help alot. When my sister had to go on a diet for diabetes reasons, she had to cut out sugar completely and anything with corn. Then at the same time she happened to be playing sports and running alot. She is about your height and went from a size 9 back to a 1 in jeans. It is hard to cut out sweets but if you are serious about weight lose then it is worth the sacrifice. But I think that you should be happy with your size and not be 'standard'. Just be healthy and happy with yourself. My sister is back in a size 9 because she chose to be lazy and eat sweets all the time, but she does not care that she is not skinny like she used to be. When someone tells her she could drop a few pounds, she tells them what they need to lose. Everyone has something they aren't happy with but no one is supposed to be perfect. Don't try to endanger you health for anyone elses sake.

Eating once a day is unhealthy. If you want to lose weight, try eating 6 small meals throughout the day. BUT make sure you cover the 4 food groups. My daughter is 5'3" and weighs about 100 lbs - this is natural for her - she is small framed. You shouldn't be weighing yourself on a scale---you need to be comfortable with yourself. Your diet is not safe and yes, you could be in for trouble.

Nadalia makes a good point. Your body thinks it's starving, so it's holding on to calories as best it can. It's also cannibalizing muscle tissue. Have you seen people with very, very thin legs with knees sticking out? It's not a sexy look, believe me. You need to get some protein into your diet to stop this process right now.

But athletes are sexy, right? Why not focus more on the exercise than the starvation tactics? Run or ride a bike or swim, and you'll be in very good shape in a few weeks. And if you eat properly, you'll gain muscle so you won't look like a bag of bones. Give it enough time, and you'll look like a Russian tennis star. Now _that's_ a sexy look! ;-)

you are still growing and need the nutrition. i would not go on a serious diet till about 19 or 20.

you cannot continue with this crazy eating pattern for long.

try some exercise and eat several small meals every 2 hours, like some cherry tomatoes, raw baby carrots, celery sticks, yoghurt, nuts, slices of fruit. and be sure to sleep enough and drink lots of water, which will help to keep your weight down.

but please don't harm yourself and your body by eating only 3 chips a day. it won't work and that is not the way to live.

Eating 1 meal a day is not healthy. If you want to lose weight, then eat right, and exercise. Avoid carbs such as rice, pasta, potatoes, anything starchy, sugars, butters. Eat lots of fruits and vegies and most importantly drink a fair amount of water. And eat THREE meals a day! Some nutritionists even say 6 meals a day is better, but I'm too lazy to eat that much lol.

i chanced on the e book to be very informative and easy to verify. i have lost 17 kilos in 12 days, i'm purely in touch that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too right now. i'll admit i have not said the handbook precisely. i'm not sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet often) and doing little or no workout, notwithstanding the burden retains flying off. It obviously works and if i'd said it precisely i imagine it ought to scare the residing daylights out of me as a results of quantity that i'd lose. So thanks back for the suggestions. i have in no way bought some thing like this earlier because they are typically finished of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful wonder. start up at present!

your diet is very unsafe, and most people can die from diets like those. how do i know? i tried somethin like that before. i used to eat nothing but one peice of fruit a day, and i almost ended up in the hospital. 110-115 lbs is a good weight for someone your size. But trust me, the diet has GOT to go. you can eat normally, and all you have to do is excercise. Truthfully, diets almost NEVER work. because, then you gain the wieight back, and that's called yo-yo dieting which can kill you. TRUST me. Actually, you can sort of become vegetarian if you want to, gfor a while. cutting meats for a little while is good for burning calories. no junk food, and LOTS of water. the water helps your muscles which burn the fat. so, the harder your muscles work, the more fat you burn.

Becoming bulemic will only rot your teeth (because of the acid from the digested food) and cause your body to shock and your health to deteriorate; and anorexia will only cause your body to want to regect food and you will become malnourshed and not can but will lead to extreme medical problems and even death withought the proper help.

So...

actually, eating more, yet healthy, should be a main concern. The less you eat is making it worse on your body because you aren't eating enough and your body begins to feed itself. Eating 3 large meals or 7 to 8 small meals daily with excersice is the healthiest and safest way to loose weight and maintain a healthy weight and diet.

Eating once a day isn't enough. You need to eat regular meals, including a good breakfast. If you want to control your weight, eat healthy - fruit, not chips - and exercise. Walking 1/2 hour a day will burn up lots of food and keep you healthy. Running is even better.

Hey. I know this nutrition advisor. the whole program costs about S$300 per month. It's a meal replacement (Taste like milkshake, great taste), it also make sure you have all the essential nutrients required. It's the best and safest way to slim down..even pregnant and kids can take it..

I took it, lost 3 kgs in 3 weeks just by drinking it twice a day with one main meal..Simple! best of all, it got rid of the gastric problems which have been bothering me for years and improve my overall health. My mum and sister both lost 10kgs in 6 & 4 months respectively. they stopped their diabetic medication. It worked wonders for my family.

If you are interested, email the link below, hope it will work wonders for you too!! Good luck !

your height and age is a perfect weight. going to 110 is unhealthy not to mention, your only eatting once a day is dangerous to your health. you can eat low or no carbs, meal portions the size of your fist is the norm. snack on fruits and carrots, etc. walking several miles a day will help you stay healthy and lose proper weight. the problem is people lose weight still thinking they need more and you lose the fat but then need to tone your body. once you get toned, your weight will stay where you want and need it.

Think about everything your body does for you, and all it asks back in return is to eat healthy and excercise. There's no way eating once a day is enough, you need to nourish your body with healthy foods... with at least 2 full meals a day. If you eat healthy and excercise you will loose weight, but make sure you talk to someone who knows you about it first... or even your school nurse.

k well first of of if you dont eat enough you're metabolism is going to go bad and you get the opposite effect; gain weight instead of lose it. doint starve yourself. what you need to do to stay healthy is to take smaller meals. 5 meals a day. and healthy foods as your meals. hot dogs=big no no; salads w/ fat free dressing=good; and so forth. you could go to your nearest bookstore and buy some health books or you could go to your gym and ask a trainer about what nuttutrition is right for your body and any other questions you might want to ask. hope it all turns out good.

If you eat less than 1200 calories you wil lose muscle. That is bad, because you will be flabby and weaker, and it will be even harder to lose weight after that. So the key is to do a combination of calorie burning and strength training to keep your muscles. Playing sports is probably the best for you.

I would definetly eat more than one meal a day! Just eat some fruits and veggies. I wouldn't go too far. I don't want to say that it is a health risk or not, b/c I really don't kno. I think ur body knos how far to go. Just don't get outta control.

Youre starving yourself. Even if you are loosing the weight, as soon as you start eating again it will all come back on. If you just eat healthy foods and exercise you will be much better off. Now go eat something real....

No that's not safe! If you have that kind of diet, you don't get the nutrition that you need to grow! Please, for the love of God, eat a well balanced diet according to the new food guide pyramid. Besides, you're at a perfectly normal weight. I bet you're a good girl, but you don't need to lower yourself to the standards of people like Paris Hilton. God made us to be unique. Don't copy others, be yourself. Please, for you and the people who love you, change your diet to a well balanced one. As long as you eat a well balanced diet, you'll have a perfectly health body. Remember, people care about you!

I think that you are gonna be underweight if you go to 110lbs. It really depends on your body frame too. I think you are at a good weight now just workout and tone those muscles and you will look like britney spears in her hot days. I know coz I met the girl.

If you are only eating once a day then you are telling your body to hold onto those calories because it thinks it's starving.

Eat multiple small balanced meals in one day, drink water and do

30 minutes of exercise a day.

your going to kill yourself only eating that much. it will also make your hair fall out. you need some help. and if you are not eating enough your body will think it's starving and start hanging on to every bit of fat it can and you will gain weight. have you ever see the Ethiopian people? their bellys are big like that because they don't get enough to eat.
