I'm 17 and have been under a lot of stress. I notice the wrinkles on my forehead getting deeper, and the skin getting saggier. I already moisturize every day. How do i reverse these wrinkles? Help me please :(

(See testimonial below ##).

Forehead lines (horizontal ones): Use olive oil its noncomedogenic so does not clog, cause breakouts or make skin oily. Massage on lines with front of first three fingers held together and, starting from one side of forehead, do a series of short forward and back strokes – about 5 or 6 – blending one into the next all the way to the other side. Apply some pressure and do quite vigorously for a minute or more. Repeat two or three times a day for fast results

Wrinkle prevention :

No 1. Avoid using products. Many, and particularly anti aging and wrinkle creams, harsh cleansers(and too frequent cleaning) and moisturizers are seriously skin sickening and skin aging and are a principal cause of premature wrinkles (See Skin Deep Database.A Feelgood Resource)

To tighten, firm and rejuvenate and lessen wrinkles: Oils feed skin beneficial and health promoting nutrients. There is no skin pulling/stretching if you first tighten skin by partially opening mouth and FIRMLY pulling lips firmly back against teeth. Use both hands together and do forward and back massage massage with fingers and palms. Circular massage does not work. Do it as vigorously`as you can. It exercises/conditions face muscles and so combats their weakening.which leads to loss of skin tightness and sagging leading to wrinkling and lines. Build up to 15 min. daily massage for fast results. Almost immediately skin will tighten and look firmer.and rejuvenated. See my other answers for neck massage. It tightens face skin also

"Thank you Mukunda! I've been massaging my whole face and neck with olive oil for about one week now. My neck, face and my skin are much tighter and my skin feels so soft and moist ALL DAY! And my upper lip wrinkles(smoker's lips) are 70% gone. Forehead lines. What forehead lines?? They're 50% gone!"

There is a treatment called derma rolling. It's a great alternative for expensive lasers, botox and other cosmetic sugeries (for wrinkles).

You can have it done at a clinic or have a DIY treatment at home, It can reduce fine lines and wrinkles along with many other skin conditions like acne scars, pigmentation, uneven skin tone, large pores, stretch marks & even hair loss.

Basically, you will need a dermaroller. I recommend Dr. Roller brand. You may also need support topical products such as creams, serums or essence facial masks.

The dermaroller creates micro-holes in the outer layer of the skin a.k.a. epidermis. And in order to repair these micro-holes, the skin produces new tissues. Elastin and collagen (the substance that glues skin cells together) production are also stimulated.

As time goes by and with more derma rolling, the skin is remodeled, and new skin cells gradually replace the old, blemished & damaged skin cells, leading to supple, firmer and better looking skin.

I use a derma roller called Dr Roller and this anti-wrinkle cream called SYNAKE Intensive Snake Cream. Celebrities use snake creams so I thought, why not?

You can also use derma rolling sets. I got my moisturizing set from this site, too. (See Source)

Hope this helps! :) Take Care.

Oh yeah, mellowing out is good. What you consider important now will be irrelevant in a few years. Find what helps you keep your head on straight while being able to do your best. That, too, will help with the wrinkles.

Men can get face lifts and revitalization surgeries just like women. Some botox injections and a chemical peel will leave you looking much younger very quickly and don't involve surgery. White teeth and groomed eyebrows help too.

you're 17, its natural to be in alot of stress for exams, i feel your pain.

To start, The purpose of moisturizer would be to keep your skin mosturized sufficiently, so if you back track, id say drink sufficient water, if not more, to achieve greater results :), ofcourse top that off with lotion :D

I had a part of time where my fingers looked.. not as erm.. puff as they should be, and plenty of fruits and vegetables with LOTS of water, helped them revive to their original tenderness.

The wrinkles will reverse, if given the right handling, afterall, 17 is pretty young, lots of room for filling in mistakes :)

Try to get more rest though, if possible :)
