Just got my nose pierced and I have a few questions.?

Question

How long is the healing process?
In 3 weeks can I take it out for an hour for soccer?
How do I take it out? Its an l-shaped one

I've had my nose pierced for almost a year now and it's still not completely healed. It still pains a bit to take my nose ring out and exchange it with a new one.

For the first 1-2 weeks the piercing with feel really tender, so don't mess with it much.

If you have to take out the stud for an hour it may slightly start to close. If you have to, but a clear plastic holder. (use google to find that)

(Also, when you're taking your nose stud in and out, make sure your hands are clean so that it doesn't get infected!)

Nostrils take any where from 6-12 months to heal completely, so it is not recommended to take it out for any amount of time after 3 weeks.
