I'm 17, I got my period when I was 10 (TMI?) I obviously started having acne, around that time, and I still have it. I wash my face twice a day, and use an oil free light moisturizer. I exercise 5 days a week for three hours, on mon-frid. I don't like milk, cheese, or basically any dairy. I heard dairy was a factor. I'm also a vegetarian, so I tend to eat lots of veggies, and fruits. I never eat fast food. (I only drink water, no other drinks, sometimes green tea) I drink at least 4 bottles of water a day, (being 95lbs I assume is a good amount for my weight) My mom had nice skin, my dad claims all you have to do is wash it. My sister has pretty skin, and so does my brother (They are both quite older) It gets me so mad. My mom claims my skin "isn't bad enough to see a dermatologist" Everyone around me has flawless skin, friends, teammates, etc.I change my pillow case, and rarely touch my face. I usually break out really bad before my period, and it sucks simple as that. Am I doing something wrong?

It's just because of hormones, try to sit down and talk to your mom and ask her politely that you'd really like to see a dermatologist, if your acne is really bad you could ask for Accutane (I had bad acne, and accutane is really the only REAL cure for acne) also but acne gets better the more you grow, try picking up some over the counter stuff if you can't see a dermatologist. It'll take more than just washing your face and using a light moisturizer, you can find some acne cream over the counter which may help, try that first, and if it doesn't then talk to your mom about seeing a dermatologist :) hope this helped

Try exfoliating with a light exfoliator every day or two which gets rid of the buildup of oil and dead skin cells that cause acne on your face (or where ever you have acne). You can also see if your soap has moisturizer in it. Try getting a soap specially for acne (Neutrogena facial soap for acne works wonders for my skin).

Also, I read an interesting article on changing your diet to treat acne here though you seem to be hitting most of the key points just make sure your getting essential amino acids and few other nutrients that a deficiency of can cause acne:

Hope this helps and hang in there acne isn't the end of the world :).
