You shouldn't use chemicals on sensitive skin (ie. pubic area, nipples) because it will burn you. You will just have to let it heal. Just be careful and don't apply it there again. In these sensitive places you need to shave/wax/tweeze. It will take a few days (maybe a couple weeks) for it to fully heal so you'll have to deal with it. You could try putting some lotion on it but get some gently stuff (possibly aveeno?) . Good luck. Now you know to be more careful with Veet. Nair does the same thing so don't try it again with a different brand. You pretty much have to shave or wax.

Nothing can make hair thicker, period. The thickness of your hair is determined by your genes so shaving or hair removal cream can't make it thicker. I personally would recommend waxing because, like someone already said, it lasts longer and I haven't got any irritation. But out of the two you said, shaving would be better just because the hair removal cream has loads of chemicals to burn the hair off and the genital area is kinda sensitive so.. Shaving does have some bad sides because you can get ingrown hairs, if you do get some DO NOT pop them. That could lead to infection and scarring. If you get razor burn just apply a little bit of aloe vera gel to soothe it. But if you use shaving cream it shouldn't be a problem

Aw man... that reminds me of the first time I've used Veet... I left it on too long and I had all these red bumps on my leg! (I left it on too long) Okay... so wash it off, and just bare with it. It will go away after a night's sleep.

You need lots of water to simply laze in for at least 10min then wipe yourself and do it again until you feel better.

I know lots of women who simply use razors as do not have the time to go to beautician or do not want to have the ingrown hairs that the hot wax produces. But again, we are all different, so find the method that suits you best.

Cool shower, not hot or cold.

Neosporn or Bagbalm on the affected area.

-no greasy lotions-

Do you happen to have a number that you would use after waxing? I would suggest getting some if you want to try that again.

Wash it and dont irritate the skin anymore then you have to

not to frighten you, but you may be having an allergic reaction. If the burning doesnt stop i think your going to have to tell your mam

sorry hun

Bless you, I have been there and can relate. We girls have it rough, don't we! Bottom line is, don't use Veet on your pubic hair, leave it for your pits and legs. I won't lie, you are going to feel uncomfortable for a few days whilst the hair grows back and you can expect to want to stratch yourself silly as it will itch. Best thing to do is to run a clean flannel under the cold tap, wring it out and hold it against the area that stings. That should help with the irritation. Best to stick to loose, cotton pants for a bit too - stay away from the tight jeans!

After this experience, you may want to leave it a while until you tidy your lady garden again, but when you do, try getting a professional wax at a salon. It isn't painless, but it is over very quickly, and if you take a couple of paracetamol an hour beforehand, it's not too bad.

The alternative is to embrace your inner gorilla and go au-natural!

Good luck x

OMD you spaz! Did you not read the packet!?

Right, ok keep calm and take a shower and wash it all off. If it still stings, use some sudocrem and if it doesn't go away after that, I'm sorry, but your gonna have to tell your mum so you can go see a doctor.

Hope this helpeddd :)))
