I just bought a pair of super nice ebony plugs with abalone inlays and I want to keep them in good shape. I think jojoba oil is best for wood but I read that it can damage the inlays? So how do I clean the front of my plugs? thanks :-)

Soft damp cloth, that's all. I would try to avoid getting any oil on the inlay. You might be better of using beeswax to keep your wood in good shape than any oil, easier to keep it off the abalone.

I use the wood oil from the organic plugs website. I used it on one of my pairs and not the other. The pair I used it on looks newer than brand new and my others have faded to a dark puke green and the decor on the front isn't noticeable.
