i wana gain weight too!!

people would say...just eat eat and eat some more..

i try that lmao im always munchin on stuff..always eatin!..

but i cnt seem 2 put any weight on! arghhh lmao

the best solution is to see a doctor,they can prescribe a drink called ensure that you drink with your meals and inbetween and is very benificial in healthy weight gain and full of everything you need,putting on weight is extreemley hard if you have a high metabalism.And there is no quick solution.You could even try build up drinks but dont use these drinks instead of meals they must be taken with a balanced diet.You could also ask to see a diatition who can help plan a sheet of what you should be eating and will help you gain weight.

Being thin is good but being very thin and underweight is not good. You should consult a physician if you are a very very thin person. Lots of medical tests would help in revealing the root cause of the problem.

Eat fast; alot and often. Carbs like Bread/Pasta stick to more than just your ribs. Drink enough water, but not too much. Build muscle by lifting weights, but skip the cardio....actually tons of sugary and oily things would be best. Actually why not just swallow marbles, or implant sheet metal in and around your torso for body armor...seriously, why not?

other people naturally have fast metabolisms...and even if they eat too much, nothing happens... I'm assuming you're like that...



You could always workout to gain muscle weight...just ask your nearest gym for their weight gain programs...



and you could try out those chinese herbal medicines that make you gain weight!! they're effective!! I know some friends that took them...and they did gain weight..



and don't move around too much...

Try protein shakes don't eat unhealthy or it will be flabby and gross looking if you gain weight.

ok, well dont exercise, get too much sleep,

eat lots of cheese, and eat healthy but

fatty crackers, and drink lots of fatty milk,

and dunt eat non-fat foods, eat takeaways

(healthy) only

but they have to b fat!
