Is it normal for a 12yr old [almost] 13 to be flat chested?

I know someone who does and i keep encouraging her that it's normal.

I'm not sure what size I was but when I was 12/13 I was like a AA or an A cup lol. But when I was 14 I waslike a C and a half lol. So trust me it's completely normal because we all go through a growth spurt. And if worse comes to worst - stuff a few socks in there lol



Oh and I was actually a 6-8 dress size

Well, there are 30 year old women who have had 3 kids who are flat chested. Everyone grows at different times, just tell her to be thankful she wasn't a D in 4th grade like some people!

And im a 32D now which i am totally happy with tell her not to worry!



My friends laugh at me more now i have boobs coz they literally came over night haha! And they always tell me to wear less revealing tops etc! :L



Infact i rarely meet busty 12/13 year olds so shes completely in the norm sweety:)

This is completely normal! A lot of girls don't begin to have a chest until high school. Some girls don't get their periods until age 16 and that's when they start to get their chests as well; so your friend is perfectly normal!
