Question:
Threading eyebrows causes breakouts - how to stop them?
spontaneity.

I usually thread my own eyebrows, at home, as I find this easier than to pluck each individual hair. And recently I have started a new facial regime, and it seems to work perfectly for my skin type, except inbetween my eye brows I now constantly have spots, but no where else on my face has them. I only started threading my eyebrows a few months ago, but before I started I never had any spots inbetween my eyebrows. I have heard that both threading and plucking your eyebrows can lead to breakouts, is this true? And do you know why exactly this is?
I am wondering if there would be some method I could use to allow me to keep my eyebrows at bay (it doesn't have to be threading or plucking, other ways that I could do them/have them done that wouldn't give me breakouts would be great too) or things that I could use (e.g. sterelisers) on my skin before threading that wouldn't cause me to have breakouts?
Thank you!

why ain't u considering aloe-vera gels??

they r pretty good in reducing the redness that appears after threading. Immediate treating with ice followed by aloe-vera gel will soothe ur skin slowly. its helpful and prevents those breakouts. also i guess u know put some powder on the area before u start threading, this will help easy threading n minimise chances for causing harm to the skin leading to breakouts.

so..

*POWDER

*ICE

*ALOE-VERA GEL

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

I think you should get threading done professionally. Then after that you can maintenance your eyebrows yourself!
