Does getting your eyebrows waxed hurt more or less than getting your ears pearced??

Getting your eyebrows waxed hurts much less than getting your ears pierced. In all reality, ear piercing are shoving a sharp, metal rod through your ear and leaving it there, exposed to raw meat. Getting your eyebrows waxed is no where near as bad. Getting your eyebrows waxed is very simple and fairly cheap. All you do is walk in to a salon, tell them what you want done and lay down in the same chair that they wash your hair in when you're getting it cut. They take a Q-Tip and dip it in wax, rub it over the hair that you're wanting removed and put a strip on it. The person doing it will ask you if you're ready, count to three, and rip it off in the opposite direction of hair growth. It hurts less than plucking your eyebrows and is much much more effective. It also takes less time to do and lasts a lot longer. I know where I live is very small and everything is cheap, but I get mine done once every two months and it only costs me $10-15 depending on where I go. I highly suggest you get this done. It something I think every woman should do. And men too for that matter. Uni brows are yucky!

in my opinion getting ears pierced did not hurt at all. I get my eyebrows waxed about once a month and the lady does a great job! the first few times your eyes will water, but after that it doesnt hurt at all! just dont be afraid, its nothing!

they both only hurt for just a second. piercing your ears feels like a pinch but they may be sore for a couple days afterward. especially when you sleep at night.

waxing the brows is not really bad at all. the results are quick but you may be a little red for a couple hours..... if you maintain your brows by plucking them after waxing you don't have to do it very often. I waxed once and haven't done it again in 5 years since I got used to plucking.

It doesn't really hurt that much at all, not even close to the pain of a piercing!! I get mine waxed about every 6 months and in between those times I tweeze the stray hairs to keep them groomed. Don't worry just relax and maybe have a friend come with you so you'll be distracted and you won't even feel the pain.

Waaaay less! Doesn't even compare. People exaggerate when you see waxing done on TV. A good stylist won't even hurt you. Nerves mess you up more than anything. Just relax. This won't hurt a bit.

ok getting your ears pierced hurts a whole lot more than waxing your brows i mean after you get them pierced they sting it felt to me like me ears were gushing out blood (but they weren't) sorry if i scared u my point is u still feel sting 4 along time after getting them pierced but waxing its like a 3 second sting and its down and over with hope i helped pick me 4 best answer

It hurts less but in my case more because they use bee's wax and if your allergic to bees like me I suggest not doing, my eyebrows were puffed out for 15 min. lol!

I think more...I just pluck my eyebrows...My friends mom tried waxing my friends eyebros when she was in only 5th grade and her whole eyebrow came off...I would stick to plucking...It's safer and doesn't hurt as much!!

it doesnt hurt to get your ears peirced. I usually use tweezers but ive heard that waxing hurts alot.

eyebrows are LESS hurtful to me, i think. probly depends on how fast the strips are pulled off your eyebrows.
