my friend is leaving in april to the carribean and she wants to tone up her body. what exercises can help the bum, abs and things?
plz provide a webiste with pics, maybe some sport she can do thats not aggresive and not outsidish since its freezing here.

The easiest thing for her to do would be to get a membership to the gym and have someone take her around to the machines. Also, if she knows how to swim, I would suggest that she starts swimming some laps everyday too. Swimming does wonderful things to your body because it tones all of your major muscles.
