Cosmetic surgery is not permanent. Once you start getting it done, you will always need to replace or touch up areas...depending on what you are doing. It can also be very addtictive. Not sure where you can have this done in India...just make sure the surgeon has all the necessary credentials and certifications. You also need to know ALL your risks...things can go wrong, but hopefully it will not. As for being something good.. yes, it can be very good especially if you have an congential abnormality, you are a burn victim, been in an accident etc etc.You also need to be very heatlhy in order to have this type of elective surgery.
