I also had the same prob as yours as far as hands are concerned. Applying vaseline on your hands at night before going to sleep and also, after every time you wash your hands is a sure shot way to get soft hands. Also, mix some lemon juice in glycerin say 1:3 ratio, and applying it before going to sleep also produces good results.

As far as nails are concerned, the one telling about olive oil is a good thing, but dear, it is upto you to stop biting your nails. Every time you apply glycerin or vaseline then, apply the same things to your nails in circular motion and give them a good massage. The skin around the nails will get the massage and will help in nails to stay for long, unless you have them for supper.

It sounds like your skin/nails need more moisture. when the creases start to show more it's usually from being in water a lot or being very dried out. try soaking your nails in hot olive oil every night or going to bed with gloves on after putting some shea butter on your hands. the heat will help your skin absorb the oil better.

hope this helps!

for soft hands, use some good quality hand cream (i suggest avon hand and nail cream- costs $5 for a 100g tub).. this will help retain moisture and make them look soft and healthy. also watch your diet.. it must consist of lots of fresh fruit and veggies and drink lots of water.. now that is not too hard, is it?

Use a Sally Hansen hand creme and maximum growth polish. You can get it everywhere CVS Walmart etc.. It actually works! You can have long nails in a week.

Go to the salon and do some pedicure and ask them for creams or whatever to keep your hands soft and blah blah.
