Get plain white toothpaste and put a dab on any red pimples or areas while you sleep. When you wake up it should be heavily reduced. :)

Dab some apple cider vinegar on your back and shoulders every morning and night, also wash your back every time you take a shower, use some mild soap on areas of you pimple/imperfections also this may sound REALLY gross but,HERE WE GO...
Your own urine is the best natural healing agent in the world,"they" want you to think that it's toxins BUT it's in ALOT of skin care products, basically they filter out all the other stuff that's not urine then they sell it to pharmaceutical companies.Simply pee in a cup in the morning when you first pee then rinse it over your acne area.
Three Days Grace isn't metal. Anyways, I like both bands although Papa Roach's older material is better, like their song "Last Resort."

while some may think this is a bad idea, I swear by it...use selsum blue...it really works. my dermatologist gave me this remedy and I have flawless skin...while I've never used it on my back, my face is bump, rash and irritant free. Try it!!

It may sound nasty, but mix oatmeal and honey. Rub it on your shoulders (or wherever you're breaking out), and let it sit for 10-ish minutes. Rinse off with warm water. :)

Use mild cleansers but time is really important
nothing works instantly
