I always recommend going up 2 cup sizes. I was a 32B 5'4" 105lb before and now have 32D breasts. They are noticeably larger but not fake looking.

I would recommend getting a C cup. Breast implants are generally firm but you can opt for silicon implants which feel softer than saline. The only problem with saline is if it leaks it is hard to remove from the body although it isn't very likely to leak because they come pre-filled unlike saline which get filled during your surgery. A good thing about saline and a reason why people in the entertainment industry get saline is because the implants can be inserted via the belly button, armpit and in a small incision around the nipple while silicon may leave slightly noticeable scars around your nipple or under breast.
I am not sure about getting silicon from your armpit but it may be possible.
Opting smaller for the first operation is advisable because if you don't like the bigger size then you can't get a smaller size without some excess skin or sagging of the breast. You should be getting your breasts re-done ever 10-15 years and if you do want your breasts bigger then you can get it done then. Especially if by this time you have gone through pregnancy and need a bigger size implant to fill out your breasts without a lift.
Do remember bigger breasts can also cause back pain later in life.
I hope this helps you make your decision if you need anymore advice please feel free to e-mail me.

breast implants are very firm. :/ i wouldn't go bigger than a 34C. you're a small girl. You don't want to look rediculous. i think a C is a good size.

it sounds like you have really good boobs for someone your size, but if you really want to be bigger go up to a C cup, bigger than that will probs look unnatural
