How do I get paler skin?

How do I get paler skin? I've got quite fair skin, but it all depends on the light. So the light plays on my skin, making it look red, grey, yellow etc. My actual question is, when should I apply sunblock on my face and body? I am on medication: I put on these creams and ointments my dermatologist gave me, daily: when I wake up and before I sleep. So in the morning when should I put on sunblock? Before or after I put on the ointment? And also, I put on lotion after I shower in the morning, so when I should I apply sunblock to my arms? After I put lotion on or before? Thanks :)

The sunblock should be applied after the creams/ointments are dried and rubbed deeply into the skin. I'd probably wait a good 30 mins after the application of your morning cream/ointment.

Good luck in staying beautifully pale dear!

Pale skin creates a vaguely supernatural aura. It can make an apperance look elegant, pretty and seductive. Many countries consider pale skin beautiful. This article will tell you how to get amazingly beautiful skin within weeks of care.

1.Stay out of the sun. Skin darkens when you are in the sun. But if you absolutely cannot resist being in the sun, make sure to wear the highest SPF sunscreen you can find. Instead of using sports sunscreens, which are often greasy and don't absorb easily, find lightweight sunscreens sold by Neutrogena and such.

2.Wear more clothing than usually. The less skin exposed to the light, the less chance you will get a tan or darken. When it's too hot to wear a lot of clothes, apply a lot of sunscreen.

3.Alter your appearance. Dark clothing and hair will contrast with your skin and make you seem paler. This is entirely optional.4.Take Care of Your Skin. Wash, moisturize, exfoliate and ensure your skin is healthy. Healthy skin will help your skin become pale. When you moisturize your skin, circulation, destruction of dead skin cells, and formation of new skin cells is encouraged. This makes your skin look paler. Rub in your moisturizer to increase blood flow. 5.Use a whitening cream. Whitening creams are very helpful, and can really lighten skin. Choose a safe product and read all the warnings! Alternatively, you can look up natural methods for whitening. Milk, for example, is a natural skin whitener 6.Apply lemon and amounts of water to even out with the lemon on the parts of the body that you want the pale complexion to be. It will only take a few days for your skin to be pale. Be sure to do it about 3 times a day.7.Sprinkle an ounce of baking soda in your bathtub so you can soak for 10 minutes once a week. 8.Nail polish is a great way to make your hands and feet look a little paler. Black, or dark colors such as purple or navy blue, work well beacuse they make your skin seem paler by contrasting. 9.Oatmeal Rubbing hands in oatmeal a couple times a day is an old fashioned home remedy that ladies at the turn of the century would use to keep their hands white and soft. 10.Make a facial mask. mix one part milk and two parts flour and leave it on until dry. 11.Care for your skin. Take a lukewarm water bath with 1/2 gallon of milk and 4 cups of Epsom salts every week.12.Wear skin cream. Mix two parts milk and one part flour to use as a face mask. Spread over the desired skin areas and wait until dry, then wash off with lukewarm water. 13. Wear clothes that cover most of your skin. To get the best effect, wear dark colors, such as black or maroon. 14.Continue with this routine, though the bath is only needed once a month now

edit Tips

* If you must be outside, wear a high SPF, wrap up and stay in the shade as much as possible.

* Simplifying the steps you take to getting and preserving your pale skin will help you stick to your routine.

* Drinking green tea is good for your skin (antioxidants).

* Apply a foundation a few shades lighter

o Wear white eyeshadow and try dyeing your hair darker as this highlights the pale skin.

o Put cucumber slices over your eyes when doing the face mask.

* Watch your diet. Eat a lot of vegetables & fruits. Also drink at least half a liter of water daily.

edit Warnings

* Pale skin burns very easily, and some complexions become very photosensitive. Beware! You don't want to get skin cancer, which is more prominent in pale people.

* People need sunlight to be healthy and produce vitamin D. Being healthy is more important than pale skin. (There are vitamin supplements available if you don't mind taking extra pills every day).

* It can also be shown as "trendy" or "beautiful" in Asia. Many of the pretty, rich people in Asian cultures are pale.

* If you are using a skin lightening cream, use one with 2% hydroquinone or less. Use all skin lighteners sparingly, preserve their effect with sunscreen and limited sun exposure.

o Pale skin is more susceptible to sunburns and skin cancer so once you have it try to stay out of the sun.

o If you have acne, avoid touching your face or picking at it ever, as this will definitely make it worse.

* Remember that lack of exposure to sunlight is not particularly healthy, as sunlight provides Vitamin D.
