Sorry but this is not a good cleansing routine since you are, without a doubt, irritating your skin. Never pour alchool on your face!!! Seriously that could lead to red bumps, flaky skin and even oilier skin. Hot water
You are cleansing too harshly but use a way too rich and moisturizer for your oily/acne skin that can clog pores.
============================
-----My routine suggestion:------
AM - Using lukewarm water, wash your face with a gentle yet acne formulated foaming cleanser that contains no more than 2% of salcilyc acid. ( Neutrogena foam wash, clean & clear foamy washes). Gently pat dry and moisturize and protect using a product for your skin type. I recommend Bioré's pore perfect moisturizer.
PM- Wash your face with your AM cleanser, follow up with a toner (like clean & clear clarifying toner, not alchool) and replace moisturizer with a targeted treatement than your apply on pimple or affected area. If your main problem is pimples and bumps, a 5% benzoyle Peroxide cream in a water based solution (Not alchool once again) is appropriated. But if it is blackheads, a 2% or 2,5% sallcylic acid gel will get you better results.
Bi-Weekly
Exfoliate your skin with a exfoliating cleanser containing small beads. (Biore, St-Ives, clean & clear and neutrogena have some great products)
Remember that you can always get an appointement with a dermatologist if you are very concerned about your problem. But stick with my routine in the meantime.
