Every problem has a solution and so do dark circles. There are some well known practices that can help you tremendously diminish the appearance of dark circles and keep them from worsening. 1. Stay hydrated! Drink enough water as is required by any individual. Up to 8 glasses.
2. To prevent skin weakening caused by sun damage, wear sunscreen with a minimum of SPF 30 under the eye.
3. Get a plentiful amount of sleep. Sleep for at least 6 to 8 hours depending on the amount of work you do each day.
4. Put close teabags over closed eyes(Herbal teabags aren’t as effective)
5. Keep cool cucumber slices over closed eyes for a minimum of 15 minutes.
6. Make sure you keep your intake of dietary salts to a minimum. You can do this by learning about sources of sodium in the diet.
7. Another good mineral to include in our dietary habits is Vitamin C which helps in strengthening the walls of the blood vessels.
